Technical Project Manager

Responsible for proactively owning and managing assigned client accounts and projects from a technical perspective for any applicable phases of the work process: creation, planning, design, development, testing, implementation and deployment.

This position requires advanced customer service and technical support abilities, strong analytical and problem solving skills, a high level of professionalism, the ability to multi-task, have attention to detail and self-motivation.

Essential Functions

  • Own and administer multiple client relationships from a technical perspective
  • Understand short and long-term client goals and objectives as they relate to Treeline
  • Regularly communicate with assigned accounts, set expectations and negotiate priorities appropriately
  • Collaborate with developers to identify and assess project risks and address.
  • Lead and manage resources to execute the scope of work and achieve project objectives.
  • Clearly communicate task items, issues and expectations to team members and third party contractors
  • Utilize internal project management tools with detailed task and issue ticket
  • Tracking: Codebase, Basecamp and Harvest
  • Proactively manage, measure and track development and client tickets
  • Track and report on project milestones and provide status reports
  • Provide any necessary feedback on accuracy, functionality and usability of tickets and milestones completed
  • Escalate issues as appropriate
  • Recognize and communicate the effects and impacts of feature development
  • Navigate Adobe suite and offer helpful design critique before client review
  • Ensure that clients know how to use the services and provide assistance if necessary
  • Answer the clients’ questions and ensure their issues are resolved; provide break/fix support; conduct any needed follow-up tasks
  • Document, track, and support compliance with clients’ Service Level Agreement Provide strategic planning and recommendations for product enhancements
  • Recognize revenue opportunities and communicate them with the team

Core Skills

  • Good problem analysis, problem solving and resolution skills
  • Technical or computer science background
  • Strong organizational skills including resolution management and follow up Clear written and verbal communication skills

Troubleshooting Skills

Must be technically capable of:

  • Reviewing XML/JSON communication
  • TIdentifiying an issue(s)
  • Duplicate/ recreate issues
  • Propose resolution and clarification
  • Verify resolution and communicate to client if needed

Senior Mobile Application Developer

Treeline is looking for a Senior Mobile Application Developer with a passion for working with the highly technical stacks and the latest web services technology to build elegant solutions for great clients with a variety of different projects.

You have a great understanding of your native platform of choice, as well as plenty of experience shipping apps and maintaining them throughout each app’s life cycle.

Core Skills and Requirements

  • Strong Objective-C background (iOS)
  • Experience with Cocoa Frameworks (Core Animation, Core Audio, Core Data, Core Location, Foundation, Map Kit, Security, Social, Store Kit, UIKit)
  • Java (Android) and C/C++ background is a plus
  • Strong testing and debugging skills
  • GIT/SVN Experience
  • A keen understanding of web services
  • Experience with client-side software development, especially user interfaces.
  • Familiarity with Agile (Scrum, Lean) principles
  • High attention to detail, both in clean code and UI layouts that adhere to design comps
  • Strong desire to learn, research, experiment, and prototype
  • Strong work ethic and ability to manage timelines, deliverables, meet milestones and deadlines
  • Knowledge of HTML5, XML, JSON

Bonus Skills

  • Knowledge of phonegap/sencha/jQueryMobile
  • Basic Photoshop skills
