Digital Project Manager

Responsible for proactively owning and managing assigned client accounts and projects from a technical perspective for any applicable phases of the work process: planning, design, development, testing, implementation and deployment.

This position requires advanced customer service and technical support abilities, strong analytical and problem solving skills, a high level of professionalism, the ability to multi-task, have attention to detail and self-motivation.

Essential Functions

  • Own and administer multiple client relationships from a technical perspective
  • Understand short and long-term client goals and objectives as they relate to Treeline
  • Regularly communicate with assigned accounts, set expectations and negotiate priorities appropriately
  • Collaborate with developers to identify and assess project risks
  • Lead and manage resources to execute the scope of work and achieve project objectives.
  • Clearly communicate task items, issues and expectations to team members and third party contractors
  • Utilize project management tools with task and issue ticket tracking: Codebase and Harvest
  • Proactively manage, measure and track both development and client tickets
  • Track and report on project milestones and provide status reports
  • Recognize and communicate the effects and impacts of feature development
  • Ensure that clients know how to use the services and provide assistance if necessary
  • Answer the clients’ questions and ensure their issues are resolved; provide break/fix support
  • Document, track, and support compliance with clients’ Service Level Agreements
  • Recognize revenue opportunities and communicate them with the team

Core Skills

Mobile Application QA Tester

The Mobile Application QA Tester will be responsible for developing and executing test plans and test cases for different application environments – mobile (iOS and Android), web and hardware devices. The QA Tester will analyze software requirements to ensure correct test conditions and appropriate test coverage has been executed for each version release. Ideally, this person will be willing to test mobile applications in real-time and real-life situations and have fun doing it! This position is junior-level position with great opportunity to grow with the company.


  • Complete mobile, web and device application testing
  • Manage test data
  • Validate test results and document defects, bugs and issues
  • Work closely with project managers, designers and developers through the product lifecycle

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • Familiarity with the testing of commercial mobile and web applications iOS, Android, HTML, and CSS
  • Knowledge of mobile devices, web applications and networks
  • Familiarity with bug tracking software
  • Familiarity with software development life cycle (SDLC) and test methodologies
  • Strong interpersonal skills; ability to communicate with a team and work cross-functionally
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to manage timelines, deliverables and meet milestones and deadlines
  • Highly motivated to continue to learn new skills

Badass Designer

Responsible for creating and delivering informative, engaging and compelling design solutions.

This position requires a strong understanding of the latest web and mobile design standards. The candidate must also display a high level of professionalism, the ability to multi-task, have attention to detail and self-motivation.

Essential Functions

  • Create web, mobile and interactive designs using the latest industry standards
  • Strong user experience vision and ability to communicate the interaction design required for development implementation
  • Ability to create designs that enhance ecosystems that extend beyond standard screens (I.E. Large format touch screens, gesture recognition devices, peripheral devices and the internet of things)
  • Regularly communicate with Creative Director, Head of Design Department and Project Managers
  • Keep deadlines and be mindful of budgets for given tasks and assignments for projects
  • Clearly communicate issues or concerns to team members and third party contractors
  • Answer clients’ questions and ensure their issues are resolved; provide break/fix support
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Willingness to learn and accept critiques
  • Strong passion for the latest technologies and pushing the thresholds of what they can do

Core Skills

  • 3+ Years professional design experience
  • General understanding of web site development and structure
  • Background or experience with wireframing and user interface

Senior Mobile Application Developer

Treeline is looking for a Senior Mobile Application Developer with a passion for working with the highly technical stacks and the latest web services technology to build elegant solutions for great clients with a variety of different projects.

You have a great understanding of your native platform of choice, as well as plenty of experience shipping apps and maintaining them throughout each app’s life cycle.

Core Skills and Requirements

  • Strong Objective-C background (iOS)
  • Experience with Cocoa Frameworks (Core Animation, Core Audio, Core Data, Core Location, Foundation, Map Kit, Security, Social, Store Kit, UIKit)
  • Strong testing and debugging skills
  • GIT/SVN Experience and a keen understanding of web services
  • Experience with client-side software development, especially user interfaces
  • Familiarity with Agile (Scrum, Lean) principles
  • High attention to detail, both in clean code and UI layouts that adhere to design comps
  • Strong desire to learn, research, experiment, and prototype
  • Strong work ethic and ability to manage timelines, deliverables, meet milestones and deadlines
  • Knowledge of HTML5, XML, JSON

Bonus Skills

  • Knowledge of phonegap/sencha/jQueryMobile
  • Basic Photoshop skills
  • Embedded Device Engineering or Integration
